UC ACCOUNT SETUP AND PASSWORD RESET FORM

Please fill out the fields below to retrieve your UC username/email address and set a password for your account. After you have successfully submitted the form, your UC username/email will be displayed on the screen.

Don’t have a SSN? Enter the last 4 digits of your UC Student ID Number.


You must enter the full 9 digit UC ID number, including leading zeros - example: 001234567
Do not copy and paste your ID number. You must type in the number to avoid an error.

If you are unsure of your UC ID Number, please see these instructions for retrieving that information.

 


Change your password to one that is easy for you to remember, but difficult for others to guess. Your new password must:
  • *not contain any part of your first, middle, or last name. Failing to follow this step will result in your password not working.
  • *be at least 8 characters long
  • *include:
    •      -numbers
    •      -upper-case and lower-case letters
    •      -at least one special character like ! @ # % - *

Passwords must match and meet all requirments above.
